DerpyCon 2026

DerpyCon is the annual meeting for the Society of the Preservation of Pop Culture, bringing every nerdy genre under one roof. DerpyCon 2026 will be held October 30 – November 1, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, NJ.

WE ARE GOING CASHLESS! No at-door registration will be available at the meeting. All members will need to register online before coming onsite.

REFUND POLICY: All membership purchases are final, we do not offer refunds. You may transfer your membership to someone else.

MEMBERSHIP BADGES ARE TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU WHEN YOU ORDER YOUR MEMBERSHIP FROM FEBRUARY 2, 2026  THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2026. MEMBERSHIP BADGES WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS UNLESS YOU SPECIFY A SHIPPING ADDRESS. EXPECT MEMBERSHIP BADGES TO ARRIVE AROUND OCTOBER 11-25, 2026.
You will receive a tracking number for your order by October 5, 2026. Shipments will not require signature. We will not be able to transfer or replace your badge if the tracking indicates it has been delivered. If you have not received your membership badge(s) by the time of the event and the tracking number indicates not delivered or return to sender, we will be able to replace your badge at the event, Simply present a copy of this email and ticket to registration.
